It would help me a lot if you can give me name of cars which have been produced in this period and that you cnsider of interest. In order to have a great diversity of designs I don't need necessarily classics, but also cars which have been forgotten or which where not a commercial sucess. The focus of the paper is about normal cars, i mean no super-cars which where produced only 3 or 4 times ...
thank you in advance for your answers

Surprised that no-one's mentioned the '61 Continental yet. Also the Lotus Elan, in case you're wondering where the Mazda MX-5 came from.

Packard most definitely deserve a place in auto exducation. The Rolls-Royce of america with thier V16 'double eight' engines. Hispano Suiza's, Deusenberg and the lot that died from thier dreams. One that really stand out for american innovation is Tucker.

Cool
