I really like the side sculpturing on some of them. But the front and rear ends all suck, and both the drawings and renderings leave a lot to be desired.

I'm not saying they're bad, I like some of them, but for the most part it's not my cup of tea!

Only BMW would think this guy is any good.
It all looks like high school stuff to me. The clown has no sense of form, no sense of restraint and no taste. His renderings don't read but then he doesn't really have a clue as to what the form should be doing anyway.

All of Coventry can come down on me for all I care if they're gonna back such work..

i mean this stuff isn't HORRIBLE.. but it's not good. BMW would be taking a step down from there current 3 series(which is effin sexy)

His sketches show some good ideation baseed upon whatever he's tryin to do (like the jag concept) but his final designs for it are eek.

Anyways, based upon what i've seen for BMW's future, i doubt his work will have any influence at all.

If this was some chick that looked like Jessica Alba then awesome. On that note i don't think i'll ever have any reason to look at the guys work again..

I've got respect for Coventry and its' students.. but as with everything in life, there are exceptions.

I like is sketches. His renderings I really don't. And I find most of those BMWs seem to have perspective problems around the fronts, or maybe it's just me.

He is a Cov grad and he is a hard worker and a very good designer.

ok, so i gotta be careful with that wtf. i initially thought thats this was bmws work, and that would have been a big laugh. i was on the edge of my chair when i first saw it. but taking into account that he just graduated and has no experience whatsoever, i really do see that he is working hard, i mean those ps rendering must have taken ages.
anyway, its an indisputable fact that american car design is a little behind nowadays. i mean, those 50 60 70s cars, thats was like the golden age (shouts to aflo) and i love some of them almost as much as i love bmw e21, but today there isnt one single car on the american market that i would conscider beeing beautiful. you guys have like the best equipped universities worldwide but do not stand a chance against umea or strata. i really dont get it, maybe its the accelerated culture, maybe politics i duno. i just know that american car design is in serious trouble! kinda vanished into oblivion with my post now, but i had to write something fearsome °-^. america gogo, we need that competition!
