i know it is a bit unoriginal and looks like a zonda, but it is easy enough to render for the first try. as you can see its not done, i need the roof and the wheels. for the roof, i don't know how to build surfaces on top of an object, as for the wheels, i am having trouble trimming or spliting the arc of a wheel on to the fender, as well as modeling the wheels. Please give me some advices and thoughts.
As for advice, that depends on what 3D solfware you use.. Best thing I can suggest is learning as many tricks that your software can do, that way it makes it easier to learn from other high end editors (since not all tuts are for one editor).
Things that are helpful to know: How to break/rip vertexes, how to weld/merge vertexes, how to set up blueprints/images, and how to set and texture surfaces.. Plus some other things.. Try googling tuts for your modeler..
If you start wanting to make your own designs 3D, learing how to draw blueprints is helpful also....
As for wheels, it normaly takes just dividing up a tube(cylinder) and rounding it into a tire shape, then doing up a rim inside of it..
