hi compact, good progress. Proportion can be fixed, the car is scraping asphalt, shadowing is a bit overworked, and you need a "focal point". i.e: front left head light/ tilted wheel: create a lot more contrast using prismacolor. Go 100% black gradating into current tone. I don't see any solid black anywhere... that will help your drawing stand out. Btw, good wheels indication.
What to do next:
1. get prismacolor & verithin black & good sharpener to keep them sharp at all times. Never sketch with slightly dull things on objects requiring high precision.
2. get some photo images of similar car, proportion, perspective.
3. get marker paper pads, 14x17 is good, any brand.
4. study the photos for shadow locations, where contrast is shown, where there is total black.
5. Overlay/retrace this original drawing using marker paper and fix/experiment with its proportion.
The most important is that you must EXPERIMENT more and sketch faster. Execute necessary lines for important elements only. When shading, hatch into ONE direction. Don't cross-hatch into every other direction. Repeat overlays (5 to 8 times), COMPARE your last edit with the original. Then post again.
Hope that helps

If you want example, scan bigger and Ill show you how the process should be done.
Oh, and don't re-trace the original drawing over and over. I meant re-trace the next consecutive sketch that you can keep seeing and fixing progressions of.
