just looks way too busy. no one will take your design seriously.
the rendering style is too flashy and thomas kinkade-like
just do overlays after overlays to clean up the design.
it can actually get better

to me it looks a lot like an extremely modded-out eclipse, but nice work
also, either raise both the left fog lamp and mirror or lower the right fog lamp and mirror
