Hey, Keeonlee, I'm a senior at a high school and some classes I might consider taking are:
AP Art if you can, as it is a class where you can concenrate on car design all throughout the year and even show off your projects in your school's art show!
Basic Tech. Drawing is a course for technical and 3D drawings where you'll learn AutoCAD and Rhino3d
Engineering Drawing is the class after Basic Tech. Drawing and will teach you further in 3D programs like Autodesk Inventor
Advanced Drawing is the next class and will allow you to create your own projects so you might create 3D rendering of cars all throughout the year if your teacher allows! But, sometimes the teacher might give you a project made by themselves like houses n architecture n stuff...
Computer Graphics is also a great course if you haven't learned Photoshop or Illustrator, most of car designing starts off from these programs as you may have noticed.
These are courses I would recommend but talk to your art teachers/engineering teachers about these or other classes you might take for car designing if your not sure. Also its your high-school that depends on other classes like I live in Virginia so your high-school could have classes diffrent. Where is your high school n what grade are u in anyway??? I hope this helped you, as it also depends on what type of artist/designer you are.
