Hi, This is a guy who want to apply Pforzheim TD MA course this year. But i think there are some problems to applying these days that is 'I can not see the application guide by english and can not download application form by english also.

Q2.If a guy who entranced at Pforzheim already. Should they pay for all of studying tools fee? for example, pannel fee for Exhibition or text book and more?
