Does anyone know anything about VTech's ID program. I'm heading there in the fall and I hope I made a good choice because I decided there against UCinci and Ohio State even though there is no transportation focus involved. Any help or advise? HMMMMMMM?

My guess would be Virginia Tech is just an average school for trans design. I am from SU, and to tell you the truth, even though we have a great program (which is any but trans directed), the schools that really involved trans are the ones posted on the web here. You should have choosen one of the other two if you wanted trans, otherwise welcome to product design my friend, that's what i decided to do going into SU even though i am really in love with trans design. Good luck.

Hey Will, im Chris and i'm trying to get into the ID program at VT too. I am in University Studies and will have to transfer into the ID program. You probably made a bad choice like I did, going to VT, because VT is an engineering school, and if you want to be a car designer, your best bet would be the College for Creative Studies or the Art Center.
If you do take the ID program, be sure to take that special geometry class, and other classes they tell you to take
