See, this is exactly why I prefer talking in person or chatting over AIM instead of writing on forums where so many things get misunderstood. Cyrusyn, The VP question, I can't believe you took that as a personal attack. That's what I mean by don't try to be so defensive because that is not gonna take you far in critiques and such. I've seen it happen many times. It WAS an honest question, I really didn't know. Instead of accusing me of being 5 years out of date, you really couldn't have just mentioned that he assumed that position in the Jeep/Truck studio just last month?? Like you said, courtesy does go a long way. And your last post to me seemed VERY condescending, I don't know if that was your intention cuz we've already seen what happens with originally intended meanings on forums. So I won't hold that against you. Good luck with everything. JD, I don't think we're disagreeing on anything, except my original intended meaning. The only thing I meant by it was that you should have the ability to do what was said. I don't believe that to be the most crucial aspect or the basis of good design whatsoever. And I also didn't mean trends exclusive to the automotive industry, I meant everything in general just to be used as reference so that you have more to say during a presentation then just "I wanted to come up with something cool and timeless". Just to make that clear.
