Some questions:
How did you organize everything? Having originals, sketches (were these originals too?), and the finished vehicles seems like a lot of things to stuff into a....uh....what did you send it all in? Those usual big plastic portfolios?

Hehe yeah I know where you're coming from.Well basically I made LOTS of sketches on A3 and A4 size paper and sent them in a portfolio album. You can get those from any good stationary shop. Yes I couldn't send all of them...I had room for only 30 sheets. So I chose the most relevant and dumped the rest( a bit harsh yes but I'm a perfectionist).

What about larger pieces though?

Well I made sure I got the largest size possible.The A3 sketches fit in pretty good. As for the A4 I lined them side by side( two A4's=one A3....duh!) Although I should have stapled it in place as a precaution ;(
