you get to save textbook cost--now that's already worth hundreds of dollars. how about using extra time for freelancing or on campus jobs?

Angeladay - i could think positive like that if it wasn't flippin 16k a term and that buy using the extra time for a job wouldn't be making me just break even considering the time spent working I'm (technically) paying for (classes that i'm not taking) if that makes sense?
Burns - Ya i agree but i'm sure there's some 2nd term classes that one could take in his or her first term which wouldn't make them feel out classes- like a class which involves 3d modeling or something....

yeah, like the work-study program. or bartending- and earning decent tips....and free beer to cool us off after class. quote: i could think positive like that if it wasn't flippin 16k a term and that buy using the extra time for a job wouldn't be making me just break even considering the time spent working I'm (technically) paying for (classes that i'm not taking) if that makes sense
makes perfect sense. But considering the competition at play, some students may prefer to have more time in their hands to focus in studio classes. There's really some good and bad side to this coin. In merit, neither route fits the best for everyone. Rather, we must learn to adapt into the situation...I think the underlining message to this case is time (and stress) management.
