The people that come to us for work often slit their own throats by being punishingly, creepily persistent in submitting their portfolios, or writing bizarre letters berating us for not employing them, or are possessed with Nathan Barley-esque personality disorders so severe its impossible to imagine not stamping on their necks after a week let alone welcoming them into your team.

What do you look for in an applicant? Obviously they can't be an anglo, scot, welsh german mix, so that rules me out!

I might have to apply to your company later in life, I am not in the job market at the moment, 2 potential placements in the offing but I need to be able to draw 1st before I send stuff away for them.
