What do you mean by that? Are you trying to say the shape of the trucks reflects the way for it's function?

There is a book called:

Road Vehicle Aerodynamic Design (by R H Barnard)

That i used during my Automotive Engineering degree. It has a section on commercial vehicles (trucks, vans etc) that is pretty good. Tells you about how to design the vehicle to maximise aerodynamic efficiency. I hope this helps.
