well i have a question and im not sure if this is the right place....anyways my question is this....
to power a train system large enough to run across large cities such as new york, would solar power be enough?? i mean theoretically speaking, how large would the solar panels need to be? 1 square mile? just wondering............
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
in new york where it would be hard to place solar panels. it may not work out.
how large the panels need to be, i don't know...

Jaja... I agree with Vexed&Glorious... it would be hard to work with solar panels in NYC, specially in the Midtown... However, I'm not an expert, but I think there's a lot to do in the whole system... I mean: is it necessary to build huge solar panels? or, wouldn't it better to work on the electric system so that the same solar energy can be "powered"?
Think of this: first it came the CD, then the DVD, then the HD-DVD and the Blue-Ray... the same format (a rounded disc) but with higher data storing capacity...
