Wow, I forgot about this post. Contrary to what I previously wrote on this post, I now like to listen to possibly everything. As long as it's good, I'll listen to country, hip hop, rock, ect.

I'm beginning to love classical music at the moment, especially soundtrack music. It's really enjoyable to listen to.

It's good to be open minded...

The Charlatans, album 4, track 2.

CD's blessing my ears this week were the Cure, the Smiths and Joy Division. Pass the Prozac.

Tonight however, I'm hitting manc land big time (one of those "Remember the good old days?" "No, I was off my face." nights out) so I feel a little bit of Oasis, Stone Roses and James making its way onto the Pre P*ss-up Playlist.

Since about 2001, I been listening to Kraftwerk non stop!

They are very, very good! Each of their albums is different.

Autobahn sounds like, metaphorically speaking, a journey down an Autobahn at high speed. The same goes with Trans Europe Express, Radioactivity, Tour de France, etc, etc.

I have also reaquainted myself with 80s rock! Iron Maiden, Motley Crue, Poison and Queen are sounds from my childhood when my Dad would take my sister, my brother and I to concerts in our formative years. I feel todays rock is the two extremes, too poppie or too heavy! Dont get me wrong I like the Darkness per say but they are closer to glam rock!

I also break up my hardcore Kraftwerk listening with Kaiser Chiefs, Franz Ferdinand, The Strokes, Royksopp and of course the older stuff, the Beatles, some Elvis, the Eagles.

I also love 80s cheese! Starship, a little Duran Duran, Huey Lewis, Glenn Frey etc and also Gary Numan, ABBA, OMD, Joy Division, New Order, a little SKA with Madness and The Specials.

And others...
