Anybody know where to find decent quality Schematics, GA's and Package Drawings of production cars? I've tried contacting manufacturers and I'm sick of the response "Well done little boy, here's a sales brochure and a s*** biro, get mommy to put it on the fridge." Used to be able to get pretty good images off Autocar but no more...

Get the cov massive to copy you some from the library?

Autocar 1s are the best around from my experience Neil.

Sorry to be so unhelpful!

Sweet. If those dolls on the third floor have got an Autograph of the Range Rover Sport that'll do. Should've nicked 'em all before I left. No rush at the mo 'cos after fiddling with my 'folio last week my PC promptly blew up.

Don't hate Coventry. I thought I hated it when I was there and now I can't wait to move back.

Are you moving back Neil? Are you crazy!

If I ever get a job there, I'll move unto the countryside or into a posh area like Earlsdon!

I never left; its where the work is innit. The only difference is rather than hanging out in a crack den house getting **** faced a lot I live in a big massive farmhouse and get **** faced a lot. You should come down Holy, youd like it. The air is clean and the grass is... well I forget how that song goes, but its allllright.
By the way, if youre into tealeaving from a library, which I find a frankly disgusting crime, pick me up those Syd Mead Sketch books; theyre fetching almost a grand each on the bay.

I dont remember seeing a Rangie Sport Autograph in the library, but I shall have a look next time i'm in, in the meanwhile these places are good for package drawings:

http://www.the-blueprints.com/index.php?blueprints/

http://www.suurland.com/blueprints.php?catagory=2&order=name

http://www.hbc3d.com/resources/blueprint/cars.htm

http://www.smcars.net/index.php

They don't have the ergonomic details but for 3D should do the job. The Range Rover Sport brochure does have top side front and back views in the back but not sure how useful they are.

The other place that I thought of, is a brochure. I have Mercedes CLS brochure which has a sort of package drawing with sizes but no mannequins. Maybe a Range Rover Sport brochure may have something similar.

I live in a big massive farmhouse too, it's where I talk to my deceased little brother whilst wearing a gas mask in between winding up the local drug dealers. Cheers Mike, that blueprints site is one to remember. Rick, any specific brouchure 'cos the one I got just has pictures of the 'Berghaus Lifestyle featuring the Family from the Planet of Perfect Teeth'. Anyway, like I said no rush; my Hard Drive's dumped now and I'm typing this on a PC in the local library with all the OAP's weeing themselves around me.
