60x80 feet if you do it right. We work in 40 x 60 feet with up to five cars at a time for body work, fabrication, disassembly, reassembly, etc. For the final paint, we go to a dealership and use their paint booth (but only because we can't afford one right now). We are thinking about starting upholstery, too. We also have room for our shears, brakes, steel mills, lathes, band saws, car lifts, a spare engine, and even an airplane fuselage hanging from above (a project from back when that needs to be sold).
