unfortunately i think this guy is serious. obviously suffering from severe inferiority complex and a very low perception of self, probably arising from constant bullying in school and a father who never said "well done". hes grown up being told hes a loser, and now he actually believes it, hes accepted that his life is worthless and pointless, so his only redemption for this is too try and bring others down to his level, by using insults the same way he has been brought down. he believes this is the only way he can truly connect with people, as his permanent low status as a person means that he can only identify with people if he can see them as worthless and pityful as he is, therefore he must resort to petty comments and insults.
