I wanna learn digital modeling in RHINO or ALIAS MAYA please guide me to find good tutorial for the reason.

Regarding Rhino, this guy knows how modelling a car works:

If you really want to do high-quality modelling try and learn all about Class-A surfacing (search the Web, etc.)

Search around the internet for "Rain Knight" and his Rhino tutorial using the Audi TT. Fantastic PDF in french and english (I have a copy but don't know where I got it from originally... if you can't find it perhaps I can host).

Once you learn to model shapes you are familiar with, it gets easier to make your own shapes and apply them in a practical manner
