Could anyone tell me what method he used to blend the wheel arch to the body. I tried Blend but it looked slightly different from his. Ive tried to change the settings but its still different.

did you extrude the arc directly from the cutout in the body of the vehicle

Unfortunately i have not designed by Rhino so far.But i think you can blend wheels in another digital modeling software and save that in acceptable format for Rhino...
