I've taken a look around, and not found any, and in my attempt to create one in polys, it needs cleaning up and some distortion getting read of, but my work load suddenly increased i'm affraid and now have a week before i can get to the file at all.

doesn't help that i have torn all the ligaments in my right shoulder skiing...

Sorry for the inconvieniance caused by this. but will attempt to get it to you ASAP...or find one thats 1/2 decent.
