No but thats a race of some sort, not the sort of thing ud find down ur local high street, and some of those mods possibly make it go quicker (possibly) or at least they thought it did in the 80s when it was probably built. Thats automotive history, so don't slate it!

Come on lets see some drawings, not rantings about the rights and rongs of modifying. Thats what this sketch group is for.

Trust me it goes very quickly and its only got 150-200bhp from a 1.7 alfa engine! That has a highly modified engine, it was built in the late 70s and its a Sunbeam Stiletto Modsports car! Hillman Imp with a fastback!

If you cant tell its me driving!

The only part that is imp is the front wishbones! The rest is spaceframed and glassfibre!

This is a GTM kit car which I was going to do up like a DTM car with a properly developed aero package, with a plan to race it later.
I did this render before I got the car, after about 1 yr I lost interest and sold the car

Yea i'm still in school..i'm in my 3rd semester at Academy of Art U in california.

Yeah that looks pretty cool but i think the rear wheel is slightly out of perspective, or just not very elliptical. Ocerall nice render and design especially those headlights.

goodrich that last one is the best colour scheme, great drawings

on the modifying debate - i welcome it i think its great it's all about freedom of expression and it's disapionting to see so many people slate someones efforts it may not be your taste in mod but have some appreciation for the thought and effort put in to make a unique car.

yes there is a minority of people who put no thought and just slap on anything just because it's a popular mod but they aren't being individuals they are just sheep.

some nice pics here, if i could draw as well as some of these guy's i would contribute.
