Ferrari hasn't used a V6 since the Dino- why would they use one on an SUV? Even if it is "sleak" and "airdynamic," it wouldn't give the power needed to justify the model to its brand name. Try a V12 just in case you run into a V10 Touareg at the stoplight. You wouldn't want your Ferrari to have four less cylinders than a VW.
