I'm interested in taking part in the fiat smiles competition but after reading through all the small print you apparantley have a prototype

What do they mean by this because I thought they just needed drawings

You are required to be at prototype-stage to enter the competition as all finalists will take part in a 'street showcase', where members of the public are invited to test the working product.
