Please solve two of my doubts:
- Is the contest open to all nationalities?
- Isn't there a way to send the project by
internet? An e-mail, or a page to make the
upload? (I guess the mail service here in Brazil isn't that reliable, since that I've had problems before with delays, etc)

Thanks for the answer...but just to be crystal clear...At this point, it's up to us, the designer, whether it's a front, mid or rear engine car? The only restriction at the moment is the 2+1 or 2+2 configuration?

I'd really prefer to send it to your email. As I said before, the mail service here in Brazil has a lot to improve yet, and I just don't wanna run the risk of losing track my project again. So, if you could tell me your e-mail, or other that I could send my artwork (you could even send the adress to my e-mail: roby_pontes@yahoo.com, or rob-pontes@uol.com.br), I will send my design solution soon, and then it could be registered into the competition right away.
