Listen buddy if you don't like car design, then just leave it, bashing it won't get you anywhere. And it certainly won't make you better at drawing/rendering/designing. It seems you're bitter towards people who are exceptionally talented like SWRaf and plumcrazy.
In life and especially in this field, you have to take criticism well, that's a fundamental necessity for success in design. Sure your designs were not liked by S&Ders, but that doesn't mean you should become all bitter towards them or something. Try harder, learn from it. I've taken so much crap for this quirky interest of mine that you could write a book about it.
I have 9 accounts on this site that have not been banned yet, some of them are some of the oldest and most popular CDN members, can you guess them all smart@ss? I like car design as an art form, I would like to save it from people like you, who think ugly cars are cool, and keep buying them. Some of my designs are liked by S&Ders, the ones I posted using the username of your friend, the member who always compliments the other guys work and sucks up to everybody. What are Plum and svwRalph talented at?

Regardless of whether you like the theme take the fight to them and design something incredible and kick their butts by winning. Then you can pick the next topic. Or you just wait for the next one. What's the problem?
Every designer at one point or another has to work on a project they don't like it. It's easy to come up with a winner when you love the topic but a truly gifted person can beat everyone else even when they don't personally like the subject.
